Poorly designed office furniture

There are models which have inflatable lumbar pumps, height adjustable arms and that you'd have to find a chair to suite her needs.

"But I was looking for something around 30 - £40, as my leather chair only cost £40"

The caller wasn't prepared to bring his secretary into the showroom as she just may have choosen an expensive model.
